frequently asked questions 
 

  • Can I cancel my order?
    • You have 3 hours to change order or to cancel an order once an order has been placed.
  • How can I track my order?
    • We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Note that UPS for USA ground shipments is trackable to the destination, but USPS for all other locations may not be trackable beyond the USA border.
  • Do you take returns ?
    • We do our best to photograph and describe our images as truthfully as possible. If you would like to return an item please message us within 3 days of the delivery confirmation if are unsatisfied with your order. At that time, you should notify if you would like to exchange the item and ship it back to us in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. We will not accept returns on custom made or 1-off items.
  • 
Why does the color look different from whay I saw on-line ?
    • *Color- The color of the image can vary widely from one computer monitor to another. If the exact color of the item is very important to you and you are unable to determine the shade through our descriptions, please send us a message and we'll give you as much detail about the color/product as we can.
  • Where do you ship?
    • Currently, we ship to the USA and Canada. For an international shipping quote, please contact us at info@gopetdesign.com with what you would like to order along with your shipping address. Email us for a list of international retailer locations.
  • I'm getting errors when trying to enter my credit card.  I think the card is good.  What do I do now?
    • Credit card errors are usually due to incorrect data entry---or at least our credit card processing company thinks it's wrong.  Please check your numbers, your zip code and your address.  Even the misspelling of your name can mess things up sometimes. Have you moved recently? Maybe the card is linked with your old address? Please check all the details and try again, or try another card.  Contact us if it still doesn't work.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
  • Is my credit card information secure?
    • All payment information is encrypted and collected via our secure server.
  • Can I fax my order?
    • Nope, sorry - we’re green and new school. No faxes here!
  • Do you take phone orders?
    • No, we do not accept phone orders.
  • May I pay by check or money order?
    • No, we do not accept check or money order.
  • How will I know that you have received my order?
    • You will receive a confirmation email after your order is processed.
  • I am a vendor who would like to carry GO!PETDESIGN products. Do you offer wholesale?
    • Thank you for your interest in our line. Please submit a wholesale account application here: http://gopetdesign.com/create_account_wholesale.php. We will review your application and let you know if we've approved you as a wholesale vendor. Upon approval, you can view all that we offer wholesale by logging into www.gopetdesign.com with your signup email address and password.
  • Do you offer wholesale to international vendors?
    • Yes we do! Please sign up for a wholesale account at http://gopetdesign.com/create_account_wholesale.php. Upon approval, we will contact you with information regarding our international terms and shipping policy.
